Can I download the file again?

Yes, you can download it up to five times per order.

I received an order confirmation but no download link for the PDF – what now?

You should receive two separate emails: one with your order confirmation and another with the download link for your PDF. If you don’t see the second email, check your spam folder as well.

I haven’t received the email with my order – what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes the order email ends up there by mistake.

I’ve downloaded the file several times but can’t find the PDF – what should I do? 

Check your downloads folder on your computer or mobile device. The file should be there after you click the “Download” button.
